Come Dancing ( Ballroom and Latino ) Course – Beginners Level

Dundrum Taney Parish Centre, Taney Rd, Dundrum, Dublin 14, Ireland

No partner or experience necessary to get started ! These classes are a great introduction to Ballroom and Latin American Dancing. We'll be looking at dances such as Jive, Foxtrot, Salsa etc. All of our studio based courses run for six weeks and are ran year round.

Apart from the fun factor it’s been estimated that beginner pole fitness dancers can lose between 400 and 500 calories per hour! It is also a great toning and cardiovascular exercise and probably the most fun you can have whilst getting a full body workout!
