Apart from the fun factor it’s been estimated that beginner pole fitness dancers can lose between 400 and 500 calories per hour! It is also a great toning and cardiovascular exercise and probably the most fun you can have whilst getting a full body workout! All of our Studio based courses run for six weeks and are ran year round.
